A SHORT STORY ABOUT OUR MEMBERS
I decided to do the 30 day challenge because I wanted to commit myself to something that would help me lose weight and learn about healthy eating.
My goal was to lose 3 – 4 kilos
I lost 3 kilos and 19.9 cm of my whole body. My fitness/strength improved and mentally I felt really good.

My fitness is constantly improving the more I train at Hybrid Training and my strength surprises me every time I’m at Hybrid Training. I could never imagine when I first started that I can do some of the things I can do now.

Doing the challenge has given me more knowledge on nutrition and what’s healthy which has helped me making the right choices on what to eat.

The 30 day challenge motivated me to make some changes. It is great not only because it helped me lose weight but now I have learnt more about what healthy eating is. I also found doing the challenge with other people was motivating and good to be able to talk about it with others and relate.

It has created a healthy routine for me that once the 30 day challenge was over I continued to eat healthy and feel good. It hasn’t just helped me physically but helped me mentally too.

I would recommend this to anyone that wants to lose weight and learn about making the right food choices as well as to set them up for life beyond the 30 days or even anyone that just wants a kick start on their health and fitness

I have been training for years now and was stuck at a plateau. I heard a lot about Hybrid Training and decided to take a plunge.
I had 8 weeks before my trip to vegas and needed to be fit and ready. I actually didnt expect to see my body change that quick in 30 days.

My goal was to lose 4kgs, build lean muscle mass and be consistend with my health and fitness. 
I lost 6kgs of body fat, lost cms in the around waist and hips and increased measurements around arms building lean muscle. I followed the program religiously, ate heatlhy food, consistently training and listened to the trainers. 

Being completely honest this is the leanest, fittest and strongest I have been in my entire life. 30 days is all it took. 

I have learn't so much over the 30 days. Not just about eating and exercise but also how much of an impact it has emotionally. I feel so much happier, more energetic and has given me more confidence. 

I feel so much more motivated to keep fit and healthy. I have adapted to a healthier lifestyle and it feels great. 

Anyone and everyone should do this challenge. The coaches will help you with every step of the way. I wouldn't of been able to do it without the support and encouragement from everyone.

I am stoked and glad I made the jump! looking forward to see how far I can go.

I have been 10kgs above my ideal weight for many years now. I have always considered my diet to be quite healthy but I can’t seem to budge the weight. Doing Hybrid Training has definitely improved my strength and fitness but hasn’t helped me lose the weight. I wanted to find out what I was doing wrong – I’ve tried everything else over the years, so hoped this program would have the answer.

My goals were to: 1. Lose 4 kgs over the 4 weeks 2. Get a visually flatter stomach (reduce tummy measurement) 3. Learn to love 1 glass of wine and not reach for the 2nd (or 3rd or 4th)

I managed to lose 4.5kgs – an extra 0.5 above my goal  and lost 20cm overall from my measurements(incl 3.0cm from tummy, 4.3cm from waist, 4.4cm from chest). I attended a minimum of 4 sessions per week, and went for a bushwalk every Sunday. I definitely improved my own capacity for lifting – I felt healthier and stronger

I finally realised what I had been doing wrong all these years. There was so much hidden sugar in my ‘healthy’ diet! The food I was eating was healthy, but by using packet sauces I was drowning my food in sugars and preservatives. Now I mix my own sauces, and it’s easier than I ever imagined.

It was easier than expected and quite enjoyable. Over the 30 days I cooked up some amazing new meals that the whole family enjoyed. I was never hungry and never felt deprived (cutting back on the wine was the hardest part!) I had more energy and slept better too!

I’ve managed to keep all of the weight off (4 months now). I’ve got a much better knowledge of how much sugar is found in everyday ‘healthy’ foods. I’ve also developed better habits around meal preparation, which for me includes preparing a weekly meal plan. By planning out the meals for the week each Sunday, it stops me making bad last-minute decisions.

I reccomend this to everyone! I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t benefit from this program. My entire family has benefited from me attending this program. So from us all, thank you Hybrid Training!
