Their commercial gym has all the equipment a beginner should need and a good, free workout plan to boot. Friendly staff are always greeting you, even when they’re busy with a class, and they always make sure to say goodbye as you leave too. Very inclusive from beginners to pros, the members are all welcoming and great but the owners, Ben and Paul are amazing! Guaranteed results, and quickly! I started training at Hybrid a few months before my wedding, after I bought a dress that hid no secrets... I always felt I had ok fitness, but couldn't built on it, couldn't push past my limits or loose that little extra that I always had. I'd tried all the other gyms before but had no success and dropped off. Hybrid however and in a league of their own. The Hybrid coaching team and fellow training family are friendly, professional, motivated, caring and push your limits in safe and fun ways. The group classes are really enjoyable and the instructors give out a great energy which permeates the entire group! If you are looking for a gym, this is the place to go
