The words Gym & Discipline go hand in hand. These connotations alone are often enough to turn many away from even trying.

Shift your Line In The Sand.

Wherever you are in life right now, whatever you are doing is a mirror of your standards.

Your line in the sand.

It might be 6 beers a night, 1/2 pack cigarettes each day, take away most nights and no exercise.

That’s fine, it’s your life. It’s your line.

Want to raise your standards? Move your line. Slightly.

No more full on, over the top 180’s (Ice baths at 4 a.m. sipping your kale smoothie are out.)

Create a new non-negotiable. Something you know you can nail.

4 beers/night, 5 cigarettes/day, take away 4 nights/week and a 10 min walk 1x/week.

Doable right?

Not daunting, feels manageable, even feels ‘normal’ 

But a shift non the less.

Take as long as you need to ‘digest’ the change & see what happens.

Remember this email on your next ‘it starts on Monday’ overhaul and maybe dial it down a few notches first…
