There’s A LOT of noise out there.

Yes, yes, I know. We create some too I know.

(necessary evil for business though – no one’s using yellow pages after all!)

 

So I’m here to cut through it all.

 

Nutrition – Eat more lean protein

Training – Be consistent

Warmups – Don’t skip it

Mobility – Do it

Sleep – Get more

Water – Drink lots

Strength – Progressively overload

Cardio – Long & slow (zone 2 for the win)

Form – Prioritise it

Mindset – Do it anyway

Injuries – Look after them. Early.

Sometimes simple is best.
