Training – Be consistent
Warmups – Don’t skip it
Mobility – Do it
Sleep – Get more
Water – Drink lots
Strength – Progressively overload
Cardio – Long & slow (zone 2 for the win)
Form – Prioritise it
Mindset – Do it anyway
Injuries – Look after them. Early.
Sometimes simple is best.
